To make puree for matar paneer
  1. First of all, place the pan on the stove and start the flame.
  2. Add some oil into the pan and add chopped onions and saute it and fry it until it becomes brown or transparent.
  3. Now add the tomatos and half spoon salt into the pan and saute it until it becomes some smooth.
  4. Now add cashiwe nuts into the jar and all the cooked ingridients in t the blander jar and bland the mixture proprly to make the puree from it.
Now lets make mata paneer
  1. First of all, in the placed pan drop the 2 tbsp oil, start the flame and make it hot
  2. Now add the bay leaf, cardamom, ginger garlic pest, and cinnamon into the pan. Saute for a while and fry it properly
  3. Now add the puree of onion and tomato and saute it properly until it cooked properly.
  4. Now add the red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander powder. coriander the mixture and saute it well for a while.
  5. Now add the boiled green peas into the gravy and mix it well.
  6. Add a half cup of water into the gravy and cover the pan and let it cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
  7. Now check the taste of the gravy and add the salt and masalas if needed.
  8. Now add the paneer cubes into the pan and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Now add rest methi and mix the mixture well and let it cook for a minute.
