Making puree for palak paneer
  1. First of all rines the palak ( Spinach ) with the clean water. Check that stem is are fine or not. if it is stringy.! than remove it.
  2. Boil the 3 cups of water and add the half spoon of salt into the water and add the spinach leaves ( Palak ) into the boiled water and let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now remove the spinach leaves for the warm water and put it down into the cold water instantly so it can save preserving green color of palak ( spinach leaves ). Leave the spinach in the cold water for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now add the spinach leaves into the blender jar and also add ginger, garlic and green chilies into the jar and make smooth gravy from it.
  5. So palak puree is ready for palak paneer.
Now Lets make palak paneer
  1. So place the pan on the stove and start the flame in medium force.
  2. Add oil or butter into the pan and let it become hot to fry the ingredients.
  3. Now add the cumin seeds and bay leaf and let it cook for a while.
  4. Than add the ginger garlic pest and let it cooc for half of a minute.
  5. Now add finly chopped onion and saute it until it become golden brown.
  6. Add the finly chopped tomato and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes or until the tomatos become softer.
  7. Add asafoetida and saute well and than add red chili powder, turmaric powder and garam masala and salt as per test. and saute it well for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Now add the palak ( spinach ) puree into the pan and mix it well. also add hlf cup of water into the mixture and ix it well.
  9. Now let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame so it can cook properly and the puree is become some thikker.
  10. So stair the mixture and add the paneer cubes into the mixture.
  11. Suate the mixture and let it cook until the paneer cubes become soften. let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  12. Now add the creem and mix the puree properly for a while.
  13. Off the flame of the stove and your palak paneer recipe is ready to eat now.
Serve the palak paneer
  1. Serve the palak paneer with Indian bread like butter chapati, butter tandoori and butter nan.
  2. You can add butter and lemon juice over the palak paneer to test. Enjoy the palak paneer recipe.
