Any time I and my friends go to the restaurants we prefer to eat the paneer tikka masala. Also, it is one of my favorite recipe in paneer recipes.

There are also many paneer recipes are in trends in the market like paneer bhurji, shahi, paneer, mutter paneer etc. but this one is most popular.

Ingredients
First preparation ( 1 Cup = 240 Grams )
  • 200 grms Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chop in cube layer and separate
  • 1/2 cup capsicum Chop in cube and separate

Instructions
Preparation for paneer tikka
  1. Add the curd into the bowl and add red chili powder, ginger garlic pest, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, salt and oil into the bowl.
  2. Now Mix the all the ingredient together properly and check the test of the mixture.
  3. Than add the paneer cubes in to the mixture and mix it well. Place the paneer mixture a side for a while.
  4. Now to make puree put chopped onion, cashew and chopped tomato in to the blander jar and place the jar on the blander and start the blander and make the mixture to soft puree. Place this mixture a side for a while.
Make Paneer tikka in oven or on a pan
  1. Now if you have oven so you can grill the paneer tikkas into the oven.
  2. For grill the paneer tikka in oven.! you have to preheat the oven at 220 degree Celsius. Than thread the paneer tikka and and veggies to a skewer. Now set the timer for 8 to 10 minuts and let the paneer tikka grilled.
  3. And if you have no oven so not worry about it, you can grill the paneer tikka in the pan too.
  4. To grill the paneer tikkas in to the pan, start the stove and place the pan on the stove. Add a tbsp butter or oil in to the pan and left pan on high flame.
  5. Now drop the paneer tikka in to the pan and let it grill from all sides until it is become little bit crispy.
  6. Now in drop all the veggies in to the pan and fry it from all sides until it is become little crispy.
Finally make paneer tikka masala with gravy
  1. OK so place the pan on the stove and start the flame. Add the oil into the pan and let it become heat.
  2. Now add the bay leaf and cardamom, also add ginger garlic pest and let it fry for a while.
  3. Now add the onion, cashew and tomato puree in to the pan and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. until it cooked properly.
  4. And next add the red chili powder, garam masala or Punjabi masala and salt in to the mixture. Saute the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes so the mixture can cook well and become testy.
  5. Than put a cup of water in to the mixture and heat the pan and let it cook for 4 to 6 minutes until the gravy become some thick and add kasuri methi and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Now add the paneer tikka in to the gravy with veggies and let it cook 2 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Add cream and chopped coriander leaves as par your requirement and mix it well.
  8. Now turn of the flame and your paneer tikka masala is ready to it.
Recipe Notes
  1. Serve paneer tikka masala with chapati, tandoori roti and butter naan.
  2. You need thick curd ( yogurt ) for the recipe.
  3. Cream is optional for use.
